This is a catch-all for everything else. As a small firm, boutique practitioner, I have found it necessary to occasionally jump into other areas of law which form a somewhat minor portion of my practice. These equally important legal matters however, have not been more fully discussed in the substantive legal sections of this site.
My firm is a “home” for my clients. I have always tried to provide my clients with a complete and wide range of services, sort of a “one-stop legal shopping” if you will. This is so clients can have a place where they feel comfortable and protected for most of their legal needs. Certain areas of the law, of course, require a very specific legal expertise and knowledge and as such, I do not for instance, extend my practice into such areas as Bankruptcy, Matrimonial, Immigration, Medical Malpractice or Patents. However, my overall experience along with good common sense has brought successful outcomes to many past clients. Some of these areas include, but are not limited to the following:
